Plans, limits and invoices
Each plan is one price for the workspace, with a number of senders included and an allowance of requests per month that they share. Recipients are never charged: approvers and signers don’t need a plan, a seat or an account. Every way of signing, every field type, access codes and the completion certificate are on every plan.
When a workspace reaches its monthly allowance, requests already sent carry on normally; only new sends wait. Buy a pack of extra requests or change plan under Billing.
Invoices are in Billing, through Stripe. Refrendo is operated by PAPACITO PTY LTD, trading as Refrendo.
