Need more some months?
Buy a pack of extra requests. They’re only used once your monthly allowance runs out, and they don’t expire. Paid plans can also add sender seats without changing plan.

What counts as a request?
One document sent for approval or signature is one request, however many people approve or sign it. Reminders, resending after changes, and passing a request to someone else never count again. Drafts never count.

Questions
What does the beta cost?
Nothing. Organisations in the closed beta approve and sign free while the beta runs. Pricing will be announced before it ends. We will give you notice, and you choose whether to move to a paid plan. We never take a card during the beta, so nothing is charged automatically.
Do signers or approvers ever pay?
No. Everyone you send to, whether colleagues, customers or suppliers, approves and signs free, without an account.
What is a named sender?
A person in your organisation who sends requests. They take a seat the first time they send; you can free a seat from the billing page. People who only approve or sign don’t need one.
What happens when we reach our monthly allowance?
Everything already sent carries on and can be completed. New requests wait until the next period unless you buy a pack or change plan. We email your billing administrators at 80% and 100%.
Can we downgrade?
Yes, any time. Before you confirm, Refrendo shows what changes on the smaller plan. Nothing is deleted: requests in flight finish and templates stay.
Is there a free trial?
Paid plans start with a free trial, no card needed to begin. The free plan has no time limit.
