Inviting your team, and roles
Under Team, invite colleagues by email and choose their role. Roles are sets of permissions: who can send, approve, manage templates, see the whole workspace’s documents or manage billing. Nobody can give out a permission they don’t have themselves.
Removing someone ends their access at once, including their sessions and API keys. Nothing they did is changed. People who only approve or sign don’t need to be members at all.
