Verifying your company’s email domain
Under Domains, add your company’s email domain and publish the DNS TXT record it shows. Once it is verified, you see which Refrendo accounts have a verified address at your domain (their name and that address only), and choose what happens:
- Add them automatically: they join at their next sign-in, and we email them.
- Let them ask to join: they see an offer, and an administrator approves each request.
- Invitation only: nothing is offered; you can invite them from the list.
A domain gives membership only. It never gives anyone access to documents, and people’s own workspaces stay private. Public email domains such as gmail.com can’t be claimed.
