Why e-signature bills grow faster than the team
Many e-signature plans are sold per user, with a sending allowance attached to each user. That works while one or two people send. It gets expensive when the whole team needs to send occasionally, because every occasional sender needs a full seat, or when one busy sender runs past their individual allowance.
Refrendo prices differently: you pay one price for the workspace, which includes a number of senders, and your monthly allowance is shared by everyone who sends. Approvers and signers never pay and never need an account. One busy sender and four occasional ones draw from the same pool.

Cheaper shouldn’t mean weaker evidence
Every plan, including Free, keeps SHA-256 fingerprints of the original and signed document, a chained audit trail and a completion certificate. The evidence is the same on every plan.
