- Up to 2 people on each request, for example an approver and a signer
- 1 saved template
- Typed, drawn and uploaded signatures, initials, dates, names, text, checkboxes and dropdowns
- Approve, reject or ask for changes, then revise and resend
- Reminders, the full audit trail and a completion certificate
- Kept for 30 days
What it doesn’t include
Free is for trying Refrendo properly and for very light use. It is one sender, and each step has one person, so there is no “any two of three directors”, no delegation and no API. When you outgrow it, paid plans start from a modest monthly price (to be announced), with a free trial first.
Why a free plan instead of a free trial?
A trial asks you to decide in 14 or 30 days whether a tool fits processes you might only run a few times a month. The free plan lets you use Refrendo for real, on your own schedule, and upgrade when the volume is there.
