DocuSign, explained

DocuSign pricing in Australia

DocuSign sells its eSignature plans per user, each with an allowance of envelopes. These are its Australian prices as it publishes them, what they work out to per document, and what adds to the cost.

Facts last checked

Refrendo is in a closed beta. Beta organisations use it free.

DocuSign’s plans in AUD

These are DocuSign’s own Australian prices, shown as a monthly price on annual billing.

What a document costs you

Divide the annual price by the annual allowance and you get the cost of each envelope if you use every one:

PlanPer yearEnvelopes a yearPer envelope, if all used
PersonalA$18060A$3.00
StandardA$444 per user100 per userA$4.44
Business ProA$708 per user100 per userA$7.08

The cost of each envelope depends on how many a user sends. A Standard user who sends 25 envelopes a year pays the equivalent of A$17.76 for each.

What adds to the cost

The people you send to cost nothing. DocuSign’s recipients sign free, without an account.

How Refrendo prices the same job

Refrendo charges one price for the workspace, month to month, with one monthly allowance shared by everyone who sends. Approvers and signers never pay. Prices will be announced before the closed beta ends. The cost calculator works out what your own volume would cost, and pricing lists every plan.
