Downloading your data, or deleting your account
Profile → Your data → Download my data gives you everything we hold about your account: your details, email addresses, workspaces, and the list of your documents. Each document and its certificate can be downloaded from My documents.
Delete my account removes your sign-in, email addresses and memberships, and retracts requests still waiting in workspaces only you are in. Completed documents, certificates and audit trails stay, because they belong to everyone who signed them.
If you are the only administrator of a workspace other people use, give that role to someone else first.
