Public form links
A public form link turns a template into a form anyone can start without your sending it: an NDA before a meeting, a membership form, a customer onboarding form. Put the link on your website, in an email signature or on a QR code (Business and above).
- The person enters their name and email, and Refrendo emails them a one-time code to prove the address.
- They fill in the template’s details and sign.
- The request then follows the template’s full workflow, approvals included, and is sent in the name of the team member who switched the link on.
Switch a link on from the template. You can switch it off at any time, and the link then stops opening the form.
Keeping it from being misused
A check runs before any code is emailed, each address and each link is rate-limited, and each link has a daily limit (50 unless you change it, up to 1,000). The link’s owner is emailed if it reaches its limit or sees a sudden burst.
The certificate shows the person as having proved their email by a code, which is all the identification a public form gives.
To show the form on your own website rather than linking to it, embed it (Enterprise). It loads only on the sites the link lists.
